This HEALTH ABODE app offers complimentary information as an interactive community services with the express condition that implies your acceptance of all terms and conditions. HEALTH ABODE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.

Usage Of Content

Unless noted otherwise, all information contained in this app, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, distinguished mark and images are sole intellectual property of HEALTH ABODE and its founder Dietician Monika Gupta and the same may not be copied, altered, stored, or otherwise used commercially in whole or in part without the express consent and prior permission of Dietitian Monika Gupta, founder of HEALTH ABODE.

HEALTH ABODE grants you permission to use the services as set forth in this Agreement, provided that you will not copy or distribute, any part of the services in any medium or in any manner whatsoever without HEALTH ABODE’s explicit authorization in this regard.

BILLING, REFUND AND CANCELLATION

  • Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee or other charge(s). If you elect to use paid version of our Services, you agree to the terms of sale, pricing, payment, and billing policies applicable to such fees and charges. HEALTH ABODE may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Should you choose to upgrade any of the Services provided, through in-app purchases, payment will be charged to your credit/debit card and net banking through your account at confirmation of purchase.
  • You must notify HEALTH ABODE about any billing problems or discrepancies within 30 (thirty) days after charges first appear on their account statement. If it is not brought to our attention within 30 (thirty) days, you agree to waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.
  • In any case you want to terminate your program you will not receive a refund for the period in which you have used the membership. You are financially responsible for the package membership fee until you notify HEALTH ABODE that you are terminating your membership. You may cancel your membership by sending us an E-mail to care@www.fat2fit-diet.comfrom the registered Email you have used to register yourself on the App. Please specify within the body of the message your reason to cancel the membership and please do make sure to use your correct first and last name as given to HEALTH ABODE App during registration. However, your membership can be transferred to any other member suggested by you for the remaining period at no extra cost
  • In case of products bought from our store the amount is refundable only if the products have reached their expiry date or a wrong item has been delivered. Refund will be initiated once we receive the product back. However, shipping charges (both ways) would not be refunded in any circumstances.
